A premier independent care provider - one of the UK’s top 25 companies to work for in 2021 - is now looking for a **Healthcare Assistant (HCA)** to join their “Good”-rated Blackpool care home and help the team provide personalised and person-centred care to the elderly residents.
The home offers high-quality, around-the-clock nursing care for adults with age-related needs such as frailty and dementia. With landscaped gardens, multiple lounges plus a conservatory, and a dedicated space for a wide range of planned activities (includinganimal therapy, music performances, flower arranging classes, and games days, alongside regular outings), residents are able to be part of a caring and comforting community.
As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will give residents the support they need and deserve to live well and keep active in a comfortable and safe environment. This is a **permanent** HCA role for 34.5 hours per week, with day and night shift patterns available.
