**About this role**

This role is responsible for delivering end to end ownership and management of large and highly complex bid responses (generally revenues of circa£30m+), enabling Enterprise to win profitable and sustainable business. This role has the overall accountability for ensuring BT governance is adhered to and risk is managed. As well as driving a great sales experience, this role delivers improved customer experience and directly impacts on the success of the Sales functions within Enterprise

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Own & be accountable for the end to end compilation of large & highly complex bid responses. Adhere to best practice & take accountability for all documentation pertaining to the bid & governance processes
- Cover for Bid Team Manager during periods of leave, & Act as a key point of escalation - taking responsibility for resolution management
- Lead on continuous & transformational improvement
- Lead on lessons learned, providing bid insight & win / loss data - review processes & own/drive identified improvements across the team/wider business
- Regularly share knowledge to support an environment of continuous learning & improvement

**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- **Strong Bid experience** - with extensive experience of managing highly complex bid responses
- **Commercial Acumen** - strong knowledge of commercial and customer drivers and requirements. Ability to summarise commercial propositions
- **Excellent communication skills** - strong written and verbal to influence, inspire and inform. Ability to listen to other peoples views while having the confidence in own convictions and express own opinion
- **Organisational and Communication** - possess excellent organisation and communication skills, with proven ability to develop and execute clear plans - resolving challenges / conflict, whilst maintaining high energy
- **Stakeholder Management** - strong ability and gravitas to develop strong Stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organisation including Director and MD level
- **Leadership** - expert in building and leading virtual teams that put the customer at the heart of everything they do, as well as produce quality submissions
