Our warehouse and showroom also operate from the same location allowing for a collective site where teams across the company cross paths to debrief and socialise.

**The role**

Your day-to-day role in the sales team will be exciting and varied. As a first point of call for telephone enquiries, you will grow relationships with both trade and retail clients as you guide them through their shutter buying journey, understanding the individual needs of each client.

On initial contact you will give preliminary quotations, discuss design requirements, offer advice, and consider suitable logistics for our surveyors to attend for a face-to-face consultation appointment.

Following a consultation visit, you will send clients post-measure follow ups, meet with showroom visitors, and send out confirmations of order.
- At least 1-2 years work experience in either sales or another relevant area where skills can be transferred
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Good written communication skills (GSCE in English minimum)
- Work well within a team and be generally helpful and supportive to other colleagues
- Confident to negotiate costs with clients with training
- Have a willingness to learn and retain new product specification
- Handle objections with ease when they arise

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
