Working on dnata’s easyJet contract, you will be working with easyJet, who as Europe’s leading airline offers a unique and winning combination of the best route network connecting Europe's primary airports, with great value fares and friendly service.
As part of the retail HUB dedicated to easyJet you will play an integral part of this delivery.
You will be responsible for ensuring all ordering is completed according to daily work schedules and all stock levels are within agreed targets as well as providing weekly stock availability reports. In addition, you will have the ability to identify operationalperformance as well as developing effective working relationships with external customers and suppliers
You will be an integral part of a busy team with an analytic mind and experience in stock management covering a number of SKU’s. You will plan and organise activities to meet your scheduled targets, whilst acting as a central point of expertise.
Ensuring compliance to legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practice and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary.
You will pride yourself on delivering our world famous 5* customer service, investigating issues when needed, and maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.
You will be a self-motivated, consistently professional individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in all you do. You strive to exceed your internal and external customers’ expectations and have a high level of attention to detail,alongside a methodical and logical approach to work.
