Training Assistant

We are looking for someone to join our Training team who has good attention to detail and a passion for development and learning.
This role will cover basic administration for the team so you need to have a good level of IT understanding.
You will need to be good at communicating as you will be setting up and preparing courses for delegates and ensuring the right information goes out to the right people.
This role could be part time or full time (min 28 hours ) with min one day a week in the Leicester office to ensure training packs are ready to go.
This is a real opportunity for someone looking to start their career with in either a financial services and/or training environment.
Key Tasks include:
- Preparing pre checklists and circulating
- Set up e-learning for all delegates
- Prepare packs as required
- Chase completion of pre coursework and zoom requirements
- Issue Compliance documents, after completion of the training.
- Set up zoom links for trainer and all external presenters
- Send out course evaluation forms as required
- Issue training resources after sessions as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
