D.B. Roberts Property Centres in Telford are looking for a Sales Negotiator who is a driven and dynamic individual to join our Market Leading team in Telford.

We are looking for a confident, professional and service focused individual who is enthusiastic about exceeding their personal targets and has great customer service skills.

Some estate agency experience is required for this role, further training and development will be given to the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and book property valuations
- Book viewings
- Provide property viewing feedback
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
- Mortgage & Conveyancing Introductions

You will be required to deal with enquiries regarding property purchasing and selling, ensuring you understand our clients’ needs in order to match them to their perfect property.

You will be required to recommend our conveyancing and mortgage services to prospective buyers and sellers, providing a one stop service for all property related matters to assist our clients in what can be a stressful time. Ideally you will have a background in a sales and target driven environment,

Driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential.

Basic salary to be negotiated depending on experience plus uncapped incentives giving an OTE of 35k plus.

This post is full time and some Saturdays are required on a rota basis for which a day off is taken in the week,
