If you have the talent for spotting a commercial opportunity and the tenacity to push it forward plus excellent account leadership skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships then this Southern Dealership Development Field Sales vacancy couldbe your next exciting career move.
Due to an internal promotion this field based sales role has become available where you will have the independence of running your own territory ensuring profitability and challenging direct dealer partners to high levels of performance and business growth.
Covering all brands within this leading and long-established company's portfolio of turfcare equipment applicants should be based within the South West, South Central, West Midlands or M4 corridor.
Using your coaching and mentoring skills, you will be responsible for motivating and improving dealer standards and targeting of opportunities. You will promote cooperation and teamwork between colleagues and dealers alike, to meet and exceed business targetsand to enhance customer service and profitability.
With an existing reputation for high levels of customer service, you will lead all aspects of the territory operations, serving customers and providing effective day to day vision, leadership, management, and direction of the regional operations.
On offer is a competitive salary plus up to £10,000 bonus, company vehicle, 25 days' + bank holidays, 6% pension contribution and extensive employee benefits scheme including death in service.
