**A Recovery College Lead is required within our state of the art mental health hospital in Maidstone, Kent.**
**Hours**:Full time or Part Time Hours available. Flexible Working Options, to be discussed at interview.
The role of the Recovery College lead is to provide leadership for the Recovery College in line with the principles of the Recovery College. The lead should strive to develop a culture of co-production at the Recovery College, raising awareness and promoting the Recovery College and co-production amongst clinical teams and patients. You will be working with a range of patients and team members, as well as outside agencies, to support in the running of a Recovery College timetable and development of courses/training and co-production.
The Recovery College lead should have experience of working independently and within a team, and be prepared to work with individuals with mental health needs. The position will require the right individual who will dedicate their energy into a process of engaging and inspiring patients to explore their individual learning needs.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Hospital, to continue to strive for improvement and improve patient care. Training and development opportunities will be part of the role.
