We are currently looking for a part-time **Pharmacy Counter Assistant **to join our family run community pharmacy team at Cotham Pharmacy working 20-25 hours/week. Any applicant must be competent in healthcare sales, general customer service and work successfully under pressure. There will be scope to increase hours as the role develops.

We are looking for someone who can perform administrative duties, including answering phones, receiving and inputting prescription orders, operating cash registers, over-the-counter sales, shop floor maintenance & cleaning, stock control and customer queries. Passion for outstanding customer service is a must.

Applicant must have good knowledge of over the counter medicines and give expert advice to customers regarding minor ailment enquiries. Going that extra mile for patients is key as well as being hardworking and able to work within a team. Pharmacy experience is preferred but applicants who are interested without experience will be considered.

**Previous pharmacy experience is preferred, however training is provided with possibility to increase knowledge and qualifications.**

Draft Rota 1: (Subject to change)

Monday: 9am-6pm

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: 9am - 6pm

Thursday: OFF

Friday: 12pm - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 1pm (alternate)

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: 9am - 6pm

Wednesday: 1pm - 6pm

Thursday: 9am - 6pm

Friday: 2pm - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 1pm (alternate)

Note: There is scope for more hours and days as the role develops.
