**Job share**: 2 weekly patterns of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday on week 1 and Thursday and Friday on week 2.

We are seeking a receptionist to work on a job share basis on our front reception desk at Lyons Seafoods Ltd

**Key responsibilities**

Perform a variety of tasks from answering the Microsoft teams switchboard calls to ordering stationary, post and deliveries coordination and welcoming our various visitors to site and supporting the team.

**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in the role you will need to be confident, self-motivated, and organised have an independent approach to work as well as part of a team. You will be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills and able to make an immediate impact being the welcoming face of our company.

Experience of Microsoft teams or Microsoft reception technology is desirable.
