Elearning Writer and Designer

On a day-to-day basis, you will be a key member of our Content Development team, as well as working alongside our Creative Services and Software Development teams.

**Where will I be working?**

This position is a permanent, full-time role, and is carried out in an office setting based in Belper, Derbyshire, alongside a vibrant content development team.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Working with internal and external teams to develop your vision for online training from concept and agreeing learning outcomes, to completion and go-live.
- Maintenance of existing eLearning modules, including minor edits, revamping existing content, and troubleshooting content-related queries.
- Designing and developing the interactive and visual elements of the eLearning modules, working alongside the Software Development and Creative Services teams.
- Quality assurance processes, including assessing work completed by other members of the team and providing feedback.
- Staying up to date with all current policies, procedures, and guidelines essential for consistent eLearning module production.

**Education and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Creative and informative writing skills.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to research and interpret knowledge that may be complicated.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Desirable**:

- Proofreading experience.
- General knowledge of health and social care topics.
- Knowledge of HTML.
