As a **Compliance Analyst**, you will be part of the Risk, Legal and Compliance function. The Chief Risk & Compliance Officer has overall responsibility for this function, and you will report directly to the Head of Compliance and be responsiblefor both **Compliance and AML**.

The Risk, Legal and Compliance function oversees the firm’s risk management and controls framework, including implementing a company wide three line of defence model, and ensuring ongoing compliance with all applicable regulations and legal requirements,together with running the firm’s Compliance Operations processes. The latter includes performing client due diligence and real-time transaction monitoring in relation to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud.

**SALARY NEGOTIABLE UPWARDS FROM £40,000+ with Bonus and Excellent Benefits**

**REMOTE WORKING AVAILABLE 2/3 Days Per Week**

**Relevant Work Experience**:
**Qualifications and education level**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent; or
- Qualification by experience, where a degree is not required (although the firm will expect to see evidence of a sound education and strong exam results at school).

**Relevant Skills**:

- Good understanding of the fundamentals underpinning AML processes within financial services.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Good analytical skills;
- Ability to understand business processes and assess risk;
- Strong communication (oral and written)
- Ability to handle and analyse data;
- Organised, diligent with strong attention to detail;
- Confidence to drive their own projects across the business;
- Desire to learn
