A rare great opportunity presented itself for a Home Manager, with this medium sized charity, that runs a number of luxurious national residential care homes for adults and the elderly. This home is primarily a residential home, with dementia and nursingfloors attached to the home. There is a strong and established staff team, including a deputy, clinical lead, seniors and an administration manager all to support the Registered Manager.

This care home has 78 beds, with a mixture of single residents and couples, residential care and nursing care.
The opportunities for management positions do not present themselves very often in this company due to their philosophy and care and support of their staff.
You will be required to:
- Manager and lead a team care and support workers and all ancillary staff
- Ensure all care standards are met at the highest level
- Have the ability to be able to demonstrate your experience in person centred care and coach this through to the team on site
- Understand and execute the required CQC compliance standards
- Supporting in the recruitment process
- Have a good understanding of budgets and financial management
The home is set within beautiful grounds. This role will suit an individual who has high energy and a can do attitude.
You will also have the requirements and needs of the residents as the priority of everything that you do.
You do not need to have an nursing pin for this role, however if you do have one it would be an advantage.
