**About the role**:
The **Product Owner (ERP) **will report into the Senior Technology Business Partner, and holds responsibility for the following key areas:

- Analysis, vision & roadmap
- Aligning product enhancement to business strategy/requirements
- Business change and user acceptance support

You will own and develop the functional agenda of Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for Harding as design authority across its functional scope, from product set-up through replenishment, distribution, sales and accounting. You will work closely with super users to agree detailed processes and functionality, with responsibility for specifications on what BC and associated technologies will and will not do.

The role’s key initial focus will be embedding the processes after our upgrade from Dynamics NAV 2009 R2, and the transition from ‘project to product’. You will lead training and improvement activities to drive stability, and subsequently lead super users to deliver regular, iterative value from the platform, ensuring it unlocks further efficiency and enables scalable business growth.

**About you**:

- Worked in a retail/wholesale/distribution environment as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with a track record of aligning and improving solutions with key business processes
- Able to operate at a strategic level across the full product lifecycle
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Customer driven and focused on delivering value
- Excellent influencing and communication skills to ensure clear agreement and understanding of solutions
- Good planning skills to ensure maximum output from constrained resources
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, Technology colleagues, partners, and end-users, to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
- Ability to swiftly analyse, assess and challenge specifications
- Good cognizance of industry trends, ERP systems and digital technology
- Demonstrates a strong quality focus on user stories, testing and training
- Experience of working on full lifecycle implementations across ERP systems
- A good understanding of, and ideally experience of working with, Supply Chain & Distribution and Finance functions
- Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
