**Responsibilities include;**

Your role will be to manage a team and package of work on a high profile scheme. You will report to the site agent and will assist our site supervisors by effectively communicating the project requirements. You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery. You will be expected to prepare RAMS and permits, and ensure these are effectively communicated to our supervisors and workforce. Where you identify potential problems, you will communicate this to the site agent and assist in finding the most efficient solutions.

**Key requirements;**

Essential
- CSCS Card Relevant to role
- Proficient on computer, including all Microsoft Office software.

Desirable
- HSG47 - Avoidance of underground services
- Temporary works supervisor
- SMSTS
