**About The Role**

The role is based in our new office in Witham, local transport links are very close with the train station only minutes away from the office.

**About You**

The Lead Gen Specialists are on the lookout for tenacious, articulate and confident telemarketing professionals to join our rapidly expanding team. You shall be responsible for engaging with senior Decision Makers, introducing a range of products / services, and generating new opportunities.

Whilst experience would be great, if you have the ability to hold a conversation, ask relevant and direct questions to ascertain key information, enjoy working and speaking with people of all levels, we want to hear from you

**Career Progression**

We're continually on the lookout for great talent, both from our Telemarketers, and those who want to progress. Typically, there are two routes that you could go down:
**_Account Management (£40k+ per annum) - 12 Months Internal Experience_**

As an Account Manager for The Lead Gen Specialists, you will work closely with our telemarketing team, coaching and mentoring, and ensuring the best from each and every one of our team. For our clients, you will be their main point of contact, you will be responsible for working with them, ensuring that they are kept in the know about the campaign that we're running for them, developing their campaign and implementing the campaign, through to upselling and cross selling.

**_Business Development Manager (£50k+ per annum) - 18 Months Internal Experience_**

As a Business Development Manager for The Lead Gen Specialists, you will be responsible for winning new business. Meeting with prospects and selling them Telemarketing and Integrated Marketing campaigns. If you're out going, have the ability to build a rapport with people quickly, and are hungry to earn money... this could be the role for you

**Experience & Key Attributes**
- Ideally 12+ Months Telemarketing Experience - Whilst this would be advantageous, this is not a necessity. We're looking to work with professional talent, and those that are looking for career progression in a fast paced environment.
- Computer literate.
- Articulate, motivated and tenacious.
- Ability to talk peer-to-peer across multiple sectors and Decision Maker levels.

**Remuneration**

Starting salary of £20,000 - £25,000 plus monthly bonus of up to £500+. The ability to develop your career within 12 - 18 months depending on your personal aspirations.
