We are looking to recruit for 2 members of staff working in the Paignton area

Our shifts pattern normally is rostered mornings: 0700 - 1400 and evenings 1600 -2100

We are also looking at expanding our Torquay team

These are contracted positions

**Who are we?**

We are Love2care, a home care company who
work in the Paignton and Torquay area visiting people in their own homes.

We are a really hands on team, all of our management team also provide care and support, in addition to being on call and dealing with the day to day stuff, we have a communal channel of conversation for all our team to access so they can support and care for each other, and offer advice and guidance. We have someone available 24/7 for support over the telephone and we are really mindful of wanting our team to have a good home/work life balance. We are a
really responsive, communicative team so will always action concerns and
queries, and keep you in the loop whilst doing so. Your Registered Manager and colleagues will be Mental Health First Aid trained. We try and get together twice per year to celebrate our teams efforts and we normally do this by a summer cream team, and a Christmas get together

Don't want to work on your birthday? We don't want you too either In fact we give you the day off, paid in addition to your annual leave.

Full training is given, DBS paid for. We provide uniforms of Scrubs, dresses and T-Shirts and we provide full PPE. We want our team to flourish, and grow professionally and personally - hence why we always look at further training and development.

As we support a number of people in the community you will need a full driving license, access to a vehicle and business insurance.

We pay £12 per hour shift pay
Time and half at bank holidays.
Free access to Shaldon Zoo for people we support and members of our team.

We give you a £10 allowance to your phone bill monthly too
