Executive Assistant

Chase Delphi Recruitment have an immediate requirement for an experienced Executive Assistant.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Acting as a focal point for internal and external contacts.
- Diary and time management, including arranging meetings both internally and externally.
- Producing and amalgamating Power Point Presentations.
- Coordinating meetings (via multi communication methods i.e., Teams) including preparing agendas and briefing papers and gathering/ passing on pre meeting documentations.
- Following up actions to ensure management deadlines are met.
- Arranging Senior team away days and off-site meetings.
- Coordinating high profile visits on site; preparation of relevant presentation material, review of tour route and effective communication.
- Travel and accommodation management, including budget management.
- Maintenance of expenses.
- Coordinating internal communication initiatives.
- Organising room bookings and catering as appropriate.
- Supporting with events as appropriate.
**Person Specification**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Able to work pro-actively and unsupervised using own initiative.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters effectively, maintaining tact and diplomacy when required.
- To be a flexible member of the team.
- Ability to prioritise effectively whilst working in a pressurised environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
