Tezlom have a fantastic opportunity for Permanent full and Part Time Care Assistants to work with elderly people in their own homes, across ST1-ST7.

We are looking for Community Care Assistants to work with elderly people across the Staffordshire region.

This involves working in people's homes, administering medication, providing general support and at times completing aspects of personal care.

Due to locations, we are only accepting drivers, however experience is not absolutely necessary, you will be provided with full training and induction, as well as paid mileage.

You accrue holiday pay and it is earned on top of your basic pay rates, therefore:

- £1.21/hour is earned in your holiday pot on top of earning £10/hour
- £1.24/hour is earned in your holiday pot on top of earning £10.25/hour
- £1.27/hour is earned in your holiday pot on top of earning £10.50/hour
- £1.81/hour is earned in your holiday pot on top of earning £15.00/hour
- £2.41/hour is earned in your holiday pot on top of earning £20.00/hour

*You are in control of your holiday pot*, this means that the money you have earned that goes into this pot can have released when you’re on holiday, or as part of your regular pay or whenever you want

Shifts are usually as follows:

- Earleys: 08:00am - 15:00pm
- Lates: 15:00pm - 22:00pm
- Sleep-in: 22:00pm - 08:00pm (for those who want nights)
- 1:1 Shifts: any period in between 09:00 - 22:00pm

You are also paid mileage to and from sites.

What we are looking for:

- Driver with access to own vehicle is essential due to locations being around Stoke.
- Experience is not essential however someone with paid or personal experience is an advantage, but please note you are fully trained and inducted beforehand
- Working/Availability to work one in every two weekends is ESSENTIAL
