Dementia Advisor

As a Dementia Advisor you will be part of our County Wide Carer Support and Dementia Advisor service. You will be delivering advice, information, support and signposting to people with dementia and their carers, with the aim of helping people to live long, healthy and happy lives, with the maximum possible independence. If you have a strong background in Adult Health and Care, with a knowledge of dementia or are from a similar background and feel you have the right skills and qualities to connect with others we would love to hear from you.

We offer ongoing training and development to all staff and 27 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays) rising to 30 days after 3 full years service.

Location: Hybrid working - Home based / Hampshire wide service however outreach work is predominantly Andover area

22.5 hours per week. Working hours flexible but must include a Friday

Contract Type: Permanent
