**Marketing Executive** - insight and analytics
**Location**: Warwick, Warwick Castle
**Hours**:This is a Permanent, Full-Time position
**Pay**:£10.77 PH

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team at Warwick Castle. Reporting into the Assistant Marketing Manager this role will support the attraction(s) with multi-channel ticket package management.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Provide weekly insight gleaned from series of marketing and commercial reports
Identify best package solutions to deliver sales and promotional campaigns
Liaise with the various Merlin teams to gain the appropriate approvals for package requests
Liaise with Accesso to deliver new package requests.
Work closely with the business to deliver price changes or trials
Ensure all package set ups are robustly tested prior to going live
Ensure changes are not made outside of agreed change periods as per the defined governance
Regular Accesso package housekeeping in order to maintain a disciplined product inventory as per the defined governance
Provide cover for other Accesso Super Users in other attractions as and when required
Carry out Accesso admin responsibilities such as setting up new users, password resets and to facilitate any admin requests with accesso
Deliver training to key team members in order to maintain business critical support when needed
Champion standard configuration and operating processes encouraging the business toadopt
Participate and support in accesso upgrades and functionality deployments when required

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:
Experienced in Excel
Strong attention to detail
Love of insight and analytics with a view of how data can influence decisions
Organised, eloquent, excellent time management
Ability to spin multiple plates
Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics
Knowledge of Merlin’s brands, product offering and operating processes is highly desirable
Desire to make a difference to Warwick Castle and to their own personal ambitions
