**The Role**

Due to growth in our busy team, we are seeking an Finance Assistant. This is a new role, working from home and our Chester city centre office (hybrid role).

Main duties include but are not limited to:

- Analysing cash movements and forecasting.
- Data entry and bookkeeping
- Reconciling cash receipts and payments
- Agency worker holiday pay reconciliations
- Multiple daily payment uploads to the bank
- Reviewing and signing off weekly agency payrolls
- General ad-hoc administration

**Who we're looking for**
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, knowledge of Quickbooks software is desirable.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable, with a self-starting attitude.
- Enjoy a fast paced, busy working environment and be able to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team.
- Previous accountancy and finance experience.
