OVERVIEW:

- Successful applicants will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and will either already be based in the Midlands or looking to return to the region.
- You will be handling a full lifecycle of family matters, including divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, children’s issues, separation agreements and civil partnerships.
- You will gain excellent exposure to a varied caseload and possess a sensitive approach in handling these matters.
- The role requires a passion for business development, taking a confident lead in promoting and strengthening the firm’s standing and capabilities.
- You will be a self-motivated and passionate Family Solicitor with a motivation to excel within a well-established and forward thinking firm.
- Displaying technical strength, tenacity and a keenness to progress your career to the next level, you will ultimately be passionate about this area of law.
