Restful Homes Group - Connaught House Care Home is currently on the lookout for a full-time Receptionist at our beautiful home based in Solihull.

Our Care Home provides 86 spacious bedroom suites providing the highest quality of care to older residents of Solihull and the surrounding areas who require Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Specialist Dementia care with associated behaviours that challenge. We also cater for older people with enduring Mental Health needs.

We are looking for someone who would be the friendly face our visitors meet when entering the home. This is a pivotal role, to ensure all our visitors experience a warm welcome.

Job Responsibilities
- **Welcomes and assist visitors in a friendly and efficient manner**
- **Opens and stamps incoming post, ensuring important correspondence is brought to the attention of the Manager**
- **Utilises relevant office equipment in order to accurately and efficiently produce all typing requirements**
- **Receives all incoming telephone calls and redirects where appropriate**
- **Ensures that messages are passed on promptly whilst observing the need for confidentiality**
- **Ensures sufficient office and stationary consumables are available, placing orders with approved suppliers to replenish stocks within agreed budget**
- **Organises meetings and takes formal minutes for approval and distribution within agreed timescales**
- **Makes travel arrangements where required**
- **Plans and manages time efficiently, deals with unexpected tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved**
- **Ensures show rounds are carried out and relevant information taken**
