Our client is seeking an On-Line QA to be based at their Cinderford site in the Forest of Dean.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest Red Meat processing companies in the UK and Ireland.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Ability to follow written instruction on primal specification templates
- Ability to meet strict deadlines whilst complying with customer specifications
- Working knowledge of hygiene standards and health and safety requirements
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- The confidence to challenge production operatives over the quality of work

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Current Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing
