BAM FM are recruiting a team of cleaners for our Inclusion Housing contract in Blackburn, Albion Mill (Albion Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 4LX). We are recruiting for 4 roles covering various shifts between 08:00 and 20:00 each day including weekends. Working between 15 to 20 hours per week (5 hours per shift). Shift start time can be flexible but ideally between 09:00-14:00 & 15:00-20:00.

**Your mission**
- Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises
- Clean all surfaces, fixtures and fittings
- Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate
- Clean kitchen/catering areas
- Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas
- Clean equipment after use
- Undertake special cleaning programmes during designated periods
- Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste
- Clean and maintain waste bins
- Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and productive working environment
- Maintain records as requested
- Refill and replace consumables
- Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person
- Monitor and manage stock and supplies
- Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures
