**What you’ll do**:
As a FX Rates Specialist, you’ll be responsible for compiling daily P&L and trade activity reports for the purpose of management oversight, and FX desk market commentary for our community of private bankers.

You’ll provide a proactive, first-class service experience to clients and colleagues alike in the promotion and execution of our FX proposition for Coutts and NatWest Markets. And you’ll strive to receive the best execution for FX orders by ensuring their appropriateness and ID checks are performed and documented.

Day to day, you’ll be:

- Dealing with clients, private bankers and Coutts 24 FX-related calls
- Pricing and processing currency transactions
- Supporting opportunities for business growth
- Processing implicit FX rebalancing trades related to funds desk activities

**The skills you’ll need**:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need experience in a customer-facing role and basic knowledge of macroeconomics and financial markets.

You’ll also need a level 3 CISI qualification or equivalent.

You’ll bring this all together with:

- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Great interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Your ability to build rapport in a professional and purposeful way
- Working knowledge of risk management systems, ideally Avaloq
- Good organisational and time management skills
