**About The Role**:
- Next Steps is an exciting new housing and support service for care experienced young people in Islington.
- We are looking for a highly skilled and committed practitioner to join the team and co-ordinate a range of social, creative and educational activities for our young people. The post holder will develop new partnerships and create collaborative projects to help young people gain new skills, build relationships, and improve their health and well-being. The role will also involve supporting care experienced young people to develop and run an innovative new support hub.

This is a very unique opportunity to work creatively with young people to nurture their talents, interest and social networks. The post holder will be joining a well resourced and vibrant team within a service recently rated as Outstanding by Ofsted.
