Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an **IT Helpdesk Administrator**to join their successful and established IT Support company based in **Maidstone, Kent**
**The role entails**:
- Answering inbound calls
- Directing calls to the relevant team
- Logging support tickets and triaging support tickets with the team of engineers
- Managing the support ticket queue
- Ensuring that all hardware and software serial numbers and information are logged
- General admin duties
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience working within an admin based role
- Previous experience using the telephone
- The ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent customer service skills
**The salary for this position is £19,000**
**There is the ability to work from home 1 day per week, however this is not compulsory
