**Job Role**
**Main duties**
Working with and maintaining the management systems for Health and Safety processes with the support from the HSE Manager.
Co-ordinate the Health and Safety Management System to obtain accreditation to ISO 45001 and Environmental Management System ISO14001.
Deliver Health and Safety bulletins and instructions across the business
Chair the monthly HSE meeting
Organise and assist with HSE audits for site and internal processes
Report audit findings to the Management Team; prepare audit reports and non-conformity reports where appropriate
Provide information, instruction, and assistance to all company employees as and when required.
Support the documentation of policies, processes, procedures for the Health and Safety Management System and maintain/update as required.
Ensure Toolbox Talks, Health and Safety alerts and briefings are communicated to all employees
**Requirements**:
You do need to have some experience working within a Health and Safety Administration role, preferably in a Manufacturing environment, however you do not need to have extensive experience, but some is required. You will need to have good administration experience, good attention to detail, be able to engage with colleagues at any level of the business and be enthusiastic.
Min 2 years relevant experience in HSE preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
IOSH Managing Safely or working towards a NEBOSH General certificate in OH&S.
Possess an understanding of Business Management Systems in particular ISO45001 and ISO14001.
Reasonable knowledge of relevant HSE principles.
Ability to adhere to Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and work requirements.
Knowledge of Legal and regulatory UK legislation.
Knowledge of Contractor Management - RAMS and Permit to Work systems
**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
