**Job Description**:
You'll be a key member of our Review team, creating value and making a difference to our fast-paced organisation. You’ll be providing a variety of tasks to ensure that all client entities and structures are compliant with all the procedures.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Review the quality and effectiveness by supporting the team carry out Premier, Periodic and Exit Reviews;
- Operational Support to the business with Projects and BAU (such as change initiatives, data quality and internet searches for adverse media);
- Assist the team in identifying operational themes and delivering operational improvements and enhancements.

Every day is a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you are able to prioritise your day. Strong communication skills is also a must, with a curious mind to help us increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of client service.

Another string to your bow will be to make sure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- ** The right to live and work in Jersey**:

- Relevant experience within a very similar role
- In depth knowledge and understanding of Trust and Corporate Services administration
- Holds a relevant qualification
