- and we have an incredible position availbale at Rosie Baylis Hair, Tunbridge Wells.

We are a premium blonde and balayage specialist salon, and attract clients who value expert hairstylists who they are bale to trust will give them the result.

You will be able to choose exactly what prices you charge. **The earning potential is uncapped.**

As a standard we all gave packages for clients to book online. This includes Olaplex, Toners and Conditioning Treatments, so not only do clients receive the best experience, hairdressers are able to achieve their best work as everything is included without having to upsell. However, as it is your own business within ours, you are able to freely choose what works bets for you.

**The hours availbale are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Typically we open from 9.30-7pm.**

**Rent is £100+ VAT per day, including towels, refreshments, backwash, help from our apprentice if required, bookign system and being included in the salon marketing & Google ads.**

RBH is a well established business with exisiting clients, however at this point in our journey, **we would recommend having a clientle to bring to the salon **to ensure you are busy from the day you start. Whist we are happy to help with marketing and new client enquiries, it is imporant to reiterate that self employed stylists are ultimately responsible for their own business.

- Royal Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2QP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- hairdressing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (required)
