A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an **Emergency Response Officer**to join our thriving Emergency Response Team here at Magenta Living. **This role is on a fixed term basis for 10 months**. The role is based in our head office in Birkenhead, Wirral.

You will be delivering a responsive and professional security solutions to Magenta Living customers, providing customers with support during and after incidents have occurred. Building relationships with external agencies and organisations including Police, PTCSOs, members of the public, customers, internal staff and appropriate organisations in a professional manner and as a representative of the company.
