**The Role**

**Hours**:41.6 hours per week (flexible shift patterns in line with 24/7 operation)
**Salary**:£26,500-£27,500 (Inclusive of Shift Enhancement)
**Skills and Experience**:

- A great customer focus with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, be punctual and reliable.
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Computer literate (desirable)
- Understanding of food production would be advantageous
- Be interested in running the packing equipment to pack a target average of 300 bags per hour in accordance with the daily/weekly production plan.
- Use of Mechanical Handling Equipment where appropriate and loading pallets onto vehicles safely efficiently to ensure customer deliveries go out on time and in good condition.
