**Graduate Financial Planning Administrator - IFA Firm with UHNW clients - Total package - £28k (salary, bonus, study support package and mentorship to be a Paraplanner - Near Reading (Berkshire)**
Are you a recent graduate in Maths/Economics/Finance or similar with ambitions to work in the wealth management industry? Are you looking for a new role with a medium sized practice? Does working in a very client centric business and providing a very personableservice to clients sound appealing?
My client, is a wealth planning practice based outside Reading who have been operating for 10+ years. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to both private and corporate clients who lives in Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire. Theyhave a large book of private clients who are City professionals and corporate clients who are business owners. Many of their clients fall into the UHNW category with multiple millions of assets to invest. This firm has a team of Advisers and a full administrativeand paraplanning team.
Due to an increase in incoming business and their current clients requiring more regular reviews, a vacancy has come available for an recent graduate with a thirst for starting a career in wealth management and financial planning.
The role will be office based. If you are sitting any exams then my client will support you with your studies but what qualifications you have is not a deal breaker, experience rather than exams is more important. My client places a lot of emphasis on staffwellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and trips away as well as supporting. Cultural fit will be very important to my client.
My client are looking to offer **circa £25k basic salary with a 10% bonus and study support package giving you £28k take home pay.** If a supportive environment where all the staff actively help each other and want to gain the most out of theirwork is appealing to you whilst also having some fun along the way then this role will be perfect for you.
