Housekeeping Assistant

An exciting, full time job opportunity has become available for someone who loves variety and has great attention to detail.
Join our close knit family at Arden Guest house, a popular 8 bedroom property based closed to Edinburgh City Centre, where you will oversee all areas of the guest experience from assisting with breakfast service and general housekeeping duties to assisting with guest queries and check ins. You will be instrumental in ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay from start to finish.
Daily Duties will include:
Breakfast service - Welcoming guests, taking orders and daily cleaning of the dining area.
House Keeping service - Cleaning all rooms to brand standards, paying close attention to detail and reporting any maintenance issues to reception staff
Guest Service - Answering guest queries and assisting with check in and out procedures
While experience would be beneficial, it is not necessary as full training will be provided.
Rate of pay £11-11.50hour
Hours of work will vary. 4-5 hours per day, 5-6 days per week, from 7:45am-12:45pm. There are two open position; this will be on a rotational basis and can be discussed in more detail should you be successful in securing an interview.
Position is available for immediate start following interview and successful job trial.
