**Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor**
This top 50 UK law firm is looking for a qualified solicitor to join its established healthcare regulatory team in Manchester.
**Role Overview**
This firm is independently recognised as a market leader in health sector work. The work includes advising the NHS and private care providers in relation to the legal issues associated with the delivery of care, including inquests, investigations, capacity,consent, confidentiality, CQC regulation, information governance and treatment under the Mental Health Act.
The firm is seeking an lawyer with the following experience/characteristics:
- Qualified solicitor with healthcare regulatory experience and as a guide, you will have a minimum of 3 years pqe in this area of work.
- Inquest experience preferable but not essential
- Proven track record as an advocate.
- Able to supervise and mentor junior lawyers in the team.
