We are offering £28,500 basic salary with an OTE of £31,000, plus benefits

**About the Role**
As the Senior Service Advisor you will be responsible for the front of house in the Service Department. This will include the following duties:

- Managing the Customer Service Levels in the department
- Developing and coaching the Service Advisors in the department
- Setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle
- Deputising for the Service Manager
- Advising the customer on repairs and parts
- Finalising the invoice on completion of required work

**About You**
For this role, we are looking for you to have previous Automotive Service Advisor experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.
