As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, handling automotive parts and components. **Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch automotive parts orders based on customer specifications, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing automotive parts, ensuring they meet the required standards. Identify and report any damaged or defective items to minimize customer dissatisfaction.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times. Assist with regular maintenance tasks such as equipment inspection, cleaning, and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse operatives and departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any order-related issues promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably within an automotive parts distribution center.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure correct picking, packing, and dispatching of automotive parts.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse machinery safely.
- Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory effectively and maintain an organized warehouse layout.
- Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
