Financial Accountant

A multi-national business with an office near Southampton is recruiting a Financial Accountant to work in their high performing finance team on a hybrid working basis. Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager the Financial Accountant will be involvedin the production of the statutory accounts and audit process as well as supporting tax and cash management activities.
The key deliverables of the Financial Accountant include:
- Preparing annual statutory accounts for UK and Overseas companies
- Supporting the annual audit process and reviews for UK and Overseas companies
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting
- Preparing quarterly corporation tax provisions and annual UK and Overseas companies corporation tax computations
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and process improvement work
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience with demonstrable experience in a similar financial accounting role
- Have good up to date technical accounting knowledge
- Possess good communication and presentation skills
