Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an amazing vehicle body shop who have seen phenomenal growth through contract wins and new branches.

**The successful General Manager duties will include;**
- Manage the complete functions of the workshop to ensure the highest level of service possible
- Maintain & surpass profit margins & ROI controlling all aspects of the workshop efficiently
- Meet & Exceed all KPIs and targets
- Introduce new cost saving initiatives
- Asses and formulate policies to achieve maximum sales of labour, parts & materials
- Drive continuous improvement in SHE, Quality & productivity by leafing the teams in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
- Develop and manage the annual budget making recommendations on investments of capital investments, systems or parts
- Work to and adhere all legislative procedures and SOPs
- Implement and manage KPI's and reports
- Manage, recruit and supervisor all production employees (HR functions)
- Work to the companies high standards at all times
- Work to health & safety policies

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader of their industry

**The successful General Manager will enjoy;**
- Circa £70 however packages can be tailored to suit the individual
- performance & workshop profitability bonus

**Required experience & characteristics;**
- At least 10 years' experience leading, managing a motor mechanics or body shop
- 1st class communicator and able to lead, manage & motivate all members of the workshop
- Knowledgeable on all aspects of the workshop
- Experience manage multifunction teams
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
