- A hands-on 360 recruitment position with the main objective of developing a market across the North West.
- Develop client relationships with both new & existing clients across all markets using business development techniques / skills
- Work closely with the SLT and Sales and Marketing Director to produce client enquires and brand awareness
- Build brand through the region with social network activity
- Build strong internal relationships across the Jarion Group of companies and their larger network.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Successful proven experience as a 360 recruiter
- History of developing new & existing client relationships
- Excellent consultative communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good business acumen
- A burning desire to be successful in all you do

**In return you will receive**:

- Base salary £35,000 - £40,000

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
