Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor

Do you have a passion for motorcycles, a keen eye for detail and a way with customers? Millenium Motorcycles are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join the well established Parts & Service team.
As a part of our aftersales team you will be the customer’s main point of contact whilst their Motorcycle is being serviced, ensuring they are kept informed of the progress of their service and professionally resolving any issues that may arise. Upon completion of the service you will finalise the invoice and hand the Bike back to the customer making sure they fully understand all charges and are satisfied with the work carried out.
Our Aftersales advisor will also be involved within the Parts side of the business, including receiving parts orders, interpreting customer/workshop requirements and giving advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items, keeping the customer in the loop at every stage.
This role will be primarily based in the Aftersales side of our business but there will be frequent interaction and support given to our sales department, making the role ideal for those wanting to gain experience across the breadth of a motorcycle dealership business.
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30pm Saturdays on a rota basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within the Automotive Industry, specifically Bikes. We are looking for someone preferably with a bike license and of course a with a passion for riding. In return we will provide you with full training to enable you to succeed.
