**Graduate Sales Executive - B2B Renewable Energy Events**

**London office - Hybrid working - 2 days office/3 days home**

**Salary is £25K + £35K OTE (Uncapped), 25 days holiday + lots of socials**:

**The Role**:
The Graduate Sales Executive will work as a key member of the delegate sales team and report to the Head of Sales.

You will initially be responsible for selling delegate passes to senior business professionals to attend large scale renewable energy events held in the UK, Europe and Internationally. You’ll work on a mixture of long-running, industry-leading, repeat eventsand 1 or 2 exciting launches. If you’re successful, the role will quickly provide a fast track to sponsorship sales opportunities and you’ll receive full training in this regard.

You’ll need to be organised, extremely proactive, adaptable, professional and personable and you’ll need to relish a demanding fast-moving environment and opportunities to work outside your comfort zone and learn new skills.

**Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Sales Executive**:

- Generate leads - Identify and research potential customers via the database, LinkedIn, industry publications etc.
- Sell delegate passes for industry-leading conferences and events
- Telephone based sales
- Build your network of industry professionals
- Attendance and face to face sales opportunities at UK and international events
- A mixture of new and repeat business
- Clear fast-track route into sponsorship sales if successful

**Who are we looking for?**
- An ambitious professional with work experience in telephone sales or a commercial/corporate environment advantageous. This could be gained in academic work experience or part time / full time work
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding personal or professional goals/targets/deadlines
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Proactive, adaptable and happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with face to face selling
- Excellent communication skills, over the phone, in person and written
- Someone looking for a fast-track route to sponsorship sales
