Workshop Admin - Grantham - £10.50ph - part time 25 hours per week 9.30am - 2.30pm per week - Temporary to permanent - on a bus route
**Role**:
We are looking for a Part Time Workshop Administrator to join our client's team as soon as possible.
Your main duties will be to invoice against jobs, parts ordering, check PO's with suppliers, obtain quotes for parts, make sure all information is correct, supporting the workshop manager and being proactive. You will also be expected to carry out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, internal and external messages.
**Requirement**:
For this role you will need PC, administration and excellent communication, be flexible with the role and proactive. Would suit someone who has worked within engineering admin, mechanical engineering environment, warehouse administration, car / truck garage, parts office previously.
