**Discovery**, are looking for **Support Workers** to join the team in ** Yeovil**. Working at the person we supports home, you will enhance their quality of life by assisting them with their day to day needs and empowering their independence.

Discovery **Support Workers** do not need prior experience in **Health Care Assistant** or **Social Care **roles as full training is given.

This is a **part time role **of up to **27 hours **per week

**Activities Support Workers may be involved with include**:

- Trips into the community to see friends
- Assisting with cooking
- Providing one to one interaction
- Engaging in stimulating activities
- Arranging meetings with family
- Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks (this may include - but not be limited to - finances, shopping, cooking & personal care)
- We do not need you to have prior experience as full training is given

- We know that you make a real difference to the lives of the people we support and their loved ones.
