Land Acquisition Manager - Solar/Wind - Remote/London - £60,000-£70,000

I am working with a management team that have over 1GW of solar experience and worked previous leadership roles with some of the largest global solar players. Together they have set up a newly established development company and IPP with a target to develop500MW of large-scale solar and onshore wind projects in the UK - they are looking for someone to originate the land for these projects They have also secured considerable funding from a major international IPP with access to capital markets.
Under this exciting IPP model the focus will be on key areas such as development, financing, build out and operation of assets and you would be responsible for kicking this cycle off by finding new opportunities for the business and originating sites. Not onlywould you be doing this but in the long term you would be rewarded for your efforts by being one of the front runners of the business.
They have just taken on their first hires of another Land Acquisition Manager and a Grid Specialist to really kick start things but growth is already underway
By being one of the next key hires you would also be given significant scope to grow the business further in the UK and potentially abroad into places like Germany, Romania, Poland etc.
