This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a successful, award winning recruitment business who specialise in multiple sectors.

You will be expected to sell to a variety of businesses to generate new clients within your chosen sector. You will take time to understand their needs and demonstrate your knowledge of the industry, explaining where you can add value to their recruitment process.

**Overview of Responsibilities**:

- Possessing a new business attitude, you will be focused on winning new business for your division.
- You will be committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients, establishing your business and the “agency of choice” in your area.
- Maining high levels of compliance and understanding ever evolving legislation.
- Working to KPI’s and targets to achieve financial goals.

**Is this role the right fit for you?**

Ideally, you will have recruitment industry experience within either the industrial, driving or commercial sectors. However, if you have recruitment experience from another sector, or sales and customer service experience, then we would love to hear from you.
