Due to our recent expansion of branches across the UK, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Assistant to join our CCTV sales team at our Manchester Branch.

The Role:
As a Branch Assistant, you will be the face of our branch, providing excellent customer service on the Trade Counter to trade professionals and work closely with the Branch Manager and the Internal Sales team in day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for trade counter sales to achieve sales targets, confidently communicating product knowledge to customers
- Assist in branch with serving customers
- Assist in branch with stock deliveries
- Assist in branch to maintain operational excellence
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Keep up to date with product knowledge
- Provide customers with information such as stock availability, pricing and lead times.Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
- Maintain branch standards - including stock management, front of house cleanliness and point of sale
- Comply with Health and Safety, company policies and procedures

Key Skills/Experience
- A hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
- Strong and effective communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
- Ability to communicate at all levels professionally
- Ability to work as a member of a team and on own initiative
- Drive to achieve high standards
- Trade counter knowledge and experience would be desirable but not essential
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage but training will be given
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
- Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
- Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry standard software eg SAP
- A full and valid driving license
