**Kitchen Team Member (Night Shift) - Wendy's® powered by REEF**

**Friday and Saturday nights (20 hours per week)**

**6pm - 4am**

**REEF** is growing fast and we are partnering with **Wendy's®** to expand our delivery only kitchens to local neighbourhoods

The Kitchen Team Member is a key ingredient for our success

You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of the world famous Wendy’s® Menu, ensuring food is produced with high quality and consistency for delivery to hungry customers. As a Kitchen Team Member, you are assigned a place on the line, working different stations such as the grill, fryer, and order prep station. Following all brand guidelines and procedures to ensure quality food is ready for delivery as quickly as possible.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare Wendy’s® menu items to order, working closely with the kitchen colleagues on shift
- Follow Wendy's® brand technics and ensure proper presentation for all food items
- Work across different stations while on shift such as the fryer and the grill
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with team members and delivery drivers
- Take direction from the vessel captain or supervisor
- Handle, store and rotate all products properly (FIFO)
- Report all unsafe working conditions, operational needs, and equipment issues to the onsite Kitchen Management Team

**Skills and Experience**
- Some kitchen experience would be great, though is not essential, as we will provide in depth training on the job
- Willing to use our various kitchen equipment, such as the fryer and the grill
- Positive attitude and approach with colleagues
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks, with an eye for detail
- Natural ability to learn new things quickly
- Enthusiasm for food, cooking, and achieving high standards.

**Work Environment**
- Comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, and standing for extended periods
- Stand and move for most, if not all your shift
- Able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
